Description

Poptin is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team!

Design and create intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to define user needs and translate them into seamless designs.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to improve product usability.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize ideas.
Maintain and enhance design systems, UI components, and brand consistency.
Pitch new ideas, features, and design improvements to enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates.
Optimize UI elements for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Understanding of user psychology, interaction design, and UX best practices.
Experience with iterative design processes.
Good understanding of animation is also a big advantage
A strong grasp of marketing design is a great advantage.
Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Ability to communicate design decisions effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
